- Exchange Window: Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
Return & Exchange Process

Approval:Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping details.
Shipping:
- Returns: Use a tracked courier service (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty).
- Exchanges:We’ll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your exchange or refund accordingly
Defective or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
